Dr. Darr serves as Chief Medical Officer of the Ingenix Business Solutions segment of Ingenix. His work at Ingenix includes insuring the accuracy and validity of the clinical content of claims editing, reimbursement policy, and pricing solutions for providers, group health, property and casualty and workers compensation marketplaces, as well as driving claims data analysis to discover the aberrant billing practices of fraud and abuse. Dr. Darr interlaces advanced claims data analysis methodologies, Evidence Based Medicine, nationally recognized performance measures and trusted industry sources to establish validity for the products and services offered by Ingenix. His recent special interest is in providing the accurate, relevant and focused information to patients that they will need to navigate the challenging waters of Consumer Directed Healthcare.

Dr. Darr is also a Board Certified Emergency Physician practicing at Jordan Valley Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah since 1983. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Utah, having served in various teaching roles relating to Emergency Medicine over the last twelve years.
