Tim Michaels comes to Ingenix Consulting with more than 14 years of experience leading complex business process design, technology and change management programs within the healthcare and service industries. He current leads the Strategic Services, 5010 and ICD-10 Practices for Ingenix Consulting.

Most recently, Michaels has launched a Regulatory and Compliance Consulting Practice with a focus on 5010 and ICD-10 transformational services. The practice offers a cross functional mix of expertise uniquely positioned to assess, plan for, and execute against complex regulatory mandates. Assessment teams typically consist of legal, government services, compliance subject matter experts, information technology and process reengineering staff.

Mr. Michaels holds a Baccalaureate of Arts ‑ Financial Economics degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and is a 2009 recipient of the Ingenix President’s Award for Excellence in Thought Leadership.
