Nick Hilger

Nick Hilger is senior vice president, Health Systems Development at Ingenix. His responsibilities involve the development of expanded business relationships among health systems, the physician community, national provider constituencies and health care industry companies.

Previously, Hilger served as senior vice president of strategic development for UnitedHealthcare, building collaborative partnerships between hospital systems and specialty physician groups in joint ventures, clinical partnerships and technology development.

Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare, Hilger spent more than 20 years in hospital system leadership, including chief executive officer roles at Health One in Colorado, HealthEast in Minnesota, HCA’s Chicago Division and The Hazelden Foundation. In addition, he served on several regional and national health-related boards.

Hilger holds a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from the University of St. Thomas. He also completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.

 Jane Goode

Director, Professional Services
Ingenix

Jane Goode has over 25 years of experience in the health care industry. As director of Professional Services at Ingenix, she develops service offerings optimizing the impact of Ingenix software products.

Prior to joining Ingenix, Goode spent many years at Siemens Medical Solutions Health Services Corporation in various capacities, with a primary focus on physician and hospital billing, reimbursement and consulting. Her key areas of expertise include implementations, research and development, business process outsourcing, and revenue cycle management.

Goode holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, with additional coursework in the Public Health and Life Sciences disciplines.
