Cheryl Duva

Principal, Reden & Anders

Cheryl Duva is a principal with Reden & Anders. She leads the North East Region Payer health care practice and is responsible for the Rocky Hill, CT and New York offices.

Cheryl has more than 12 years of experience in health care strategy, product and program development, program performance and operational improvement. She offers deep expertise on government-sponsored programs, including Medicaid managed care, SCHIP, uninsured program/benefit design and pricing, Medicare Part B (prescription drugs/DME), Part C (Medicare Advantage) and Part D (Prescription Drug Plan), as well as commercial and other product lines.

Prior to joining Reden & Anders, Cheryl held leadership positions within Accenture where she served regional, national and international clients, focusing on Medicare Part D implementations, pharmacy benefit management strategies, program/product development, implementation, pharmacy best practices and organizational design and performance improvement.

Cheryl also has consulted with health plans, pharmaceutical manufacturers, employer groups and mail and retail pharmacy clients on cost savings opportunities associated with medical and pharmacy expense.

Previously, Cheryl spent six years leading PBMs responsible for retention and growth strategies for more than 8 million retiree lives. She also developed and launched innovative products and services within the health care industry. Cheryl also held leadership positions within several health plans, including BCBS organizations and other managed care plans, primarily serving the government programs sector.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Program, Policy, Planning and Development from Cornell University.
