Dogu Celebi, MD, MPH is a physician and clinical epidemiologist with more than 17 years of experience in managed care, health services research, and medical informatics. His areas of expertise include care management, provider performance measurement, health risk assessment tools, and clinical payment systems. He has led efforts to develop large scale care and disease management programs and information tools for measuring healthcare quality, efficiency and outcomes. He has been responsible for developing some of the most recognized analytical and reporting tools in the healthcare industry.

Dr. Celebi is currently the Chief Medical Officer of Ingenix’s payer and government health solutions business. His major responsibilities include business development, strategic planning and R&D for Ingenix’s decision support business that includes Symmetry Health products and Impact product line.

Prior to joining Ingenix, Dr. Celebi was Chief Medical Officer, and a founding member of the senior management team at IHCIS. During his tenure, IHCIS, had successfully grown from a small start-up to a market leader in the health care decision support industry serving more than 100 health plans, pharmaceutical companies and disease management companies. IHCIS was acquired by Ingenix in 2005 and the IHCIS products today are market leaders in predictive modeling, provider performance measurement and risk assessment.
