Steve has more than 17 years experience in the health care industry. He began his career in product management with Ciba Consumer Pharmaceuticals, now part of Novartis. He moved to Medical Economics Company, a Thomson company, where he held several positions of increasing responsibility within its directory services group. He joined Ingenix as vice president of business development, directing Internet initiatives and third-party relationships for its Syndicated Content segment. After a hiatus from Ingenix, during which he served as a senior vice president of Ovid Technologies, Steve returned to Ingenix as Senior Vice President overseeing multiple functional areas of its Coding Solutions group. Steve graduated with honors from Brown University in 1985 and received his Masters in business administration from Columbia Business School in 1989.
