Stephanie Pronk

Vice President, Health Management, Ingenix

Stephanie Pronk is Vice President of Health Management solutions for Ingenix. In this role, she combines more than 23 years of experience in developing and implementing health strategies with the power of data analytics to provide evidence-based health solutions for Ingenix clients.

Prior to joining Ingenix, Pronk developed and led national health management consulting operations for various human capital consulting organizations, including Watson Wyatt Worldwide and William M. Mercer. In this role, she helped clients find new approaches to improving, maintaining and managing health, focusing on the complete spectrum of health conditions --- from prevention to risk reduction to disease management. Pronk also brings actual hands-on experience of developing, implementing and evaluating health promotion programs at Westinghouse Electric Corporation, where she was nationally recognized for her innovative program design and results. Pronk began her career in the academic setting where she taught and conducted research in the areas of obesity and physical activity.

Pronk holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Health from Hastings College and a master’s degree in Health Education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney (formally Kearney State College).  She has published articles in various professional health journals and is a featured speaker at national conferences in the area of health management.
