Dr. Barry Riegelhaupt is a vice president of Ingenix Consulting. He is the national practice leader for the Health Information Exchange / Health Information Technology consulting practice. Riegelhaupt has more than 25 years of experience in this area, and has held leadership positions in the health care consulting, information technology and human resources consulting industries.

Prior to joining Ingenix Consulting, Riegelhaupt was a director in EDS' Global Healthcare Industry practice. He has advised numerous global organizations and governments on health issues and trends, including emerging benefit design; consumer-driven health plans; life stage care management and population health strategies; and the convergence of the health care, financial services and retail sectors. Riegelhaupt earned a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and economics from Brooklyn College.
