Ingenix QuickFind Profiles

You agree that it’s important to have current data on your practitioners to verify their credentials. But, you just don’t have the budget to accomplish this task. QuickFind profiles are an economical way to find the practitioner data you need to maintain the quality of your network.

A way to verify your practitioners’ credentials without breaking the bank.

A better way

Here's how it works: There's no need to hassle with applications. Ingenix QuickFind profiles are created by taking a list of your practitioners and matching them with the extensive records in our system. QuickFind profiles are flexible and can be customized to meet your specific data needs. Profiles can be sent electronically, printed as hard copies, or viewed on CVOne.com.

Here’s what QuickFind Profiles does:

  • QuickFind profiles contain PSV data at a fraction of the cost of primary source verification
  • Typically used by health plans that lack data on a significant number of providers
  • QuickFind profiles fill in data gaps, but it does not satisfy NCQA requirements
  • Health plans files are compared to the Ingenix database
  • Ingenix retrieves stored provider profiles
  • Returns electronic profiles via CVOne.com to health plan

A price you can afford

Your health plan determines how fresh you need the data to be. You may find that there may be instances when time sensitivity isn't as important. A QuickFind profile will help you constitute your database if you've recently acquired a new network that didn't maintain credentialing data, you've historically delegated credentialing, or if you're a health plan that doesn't follow NCQA guidelines. QuickFind Profiles reduce your exposure to liability and improve your overall network quality…and it is at a price you can afford.
