This innovative service streamlines the credentialing application process for both providers and health plans with online and paper-based delivery options. UCD is an initiative of The Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH).
Aperture Primary Source Verification (PSV)
Since 2001, Ingenix has successfully implemented and operated credentialing “alliances” across the country. The Credentialing Alliance establishes a common credentialing cycle for overlapping network practitioners. Primary source verification is then performed once, and the results are shared with all participating plans. In this way, the Alliance reduces each plan’s expense and eliminates redundancies for practitioners.
