The 7.0 release introduces exciting changes to all of the Symmetry Suite tools. Version 7.0 provides further enhancements to how Episode Treatment Groups® (ETG®) work and, in particular, how differences in severity are captured for an episode of care.
- Episode Risk Groups® (ERG®) and Pharmacy Risk Groups™ (PRG™) use these changes to improve their predictive accuracy, early r2 results indicate up to 13% increase in predictability.
- EBM Connect® continues to track and incorporate national standards and will include new rules editing functionality.
- Procedure Episode Groups™ (PEG™) is introduced as a new tool to measure surgical specialists with value-based measurement.
