The state of Connecticut has updated its 2002 fee schedule with 2004 codes and fees. This update will be used in conjunction with the 2002 fee schedule and the 2003 update for Connecticut workers’ compensation reimbursement. Payers will need to reference the updated schedule to determine correct reimbursements. Providers will need to reference the new schedule to ascertain accurate reimbursement forecast. This update is effective April 1, 2004. Updated data file contains a complete code set – incorporating 2002 and 2003 data.
