This  ICD-10-CM  code set reference provides the entire pre-release 2007 draft of the ICD-10-CM as written by the WHO and NCHS. These are the codes that are expected to replace the Volume 1 & 2 of the current ICD-9-CM code set for medical documentation and  reporting  pending legislative approval. This is the first major update since the publication of the 2003 pre-release draft.
