MICHAEL MICHAUX

Michael Michaux is senior vice president, Strategy and Corporate Development at Ingenix. He is an experienced advisor on corporate mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and intellectual property protection.
Before joining Ingenix in 2002, Michaux served as vice president of investment banking at U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray where he advised middle market public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions and equity restructuring. Previously, he was an attorney at the Minneapolis law firm of Dorsey & Whitney and a certified public accountant at Arthur Andersen.
Michaux holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Notre Dame.
